Warranty

Does LookOver offer a warranty?

For any item purchased on our website we offer 2 years warranty

This warranty covers all the manufacturing faults due to damaged material or components (movement, glass, case) in standard usage conditions. Others than the above mentioned parts are not covered by this warranty.

Please note that reparation/substitution won't be covered in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by wrong usage or lack of carefulness (dent, crushing, broken glass, etc.)
  • Damages caused by reparations or unjustified personalizations
  • Aesthetical changes due to aging and normal wear (minor scratches, color alteration on the case, surface trimming)
  • If no proof of purchase is available

SHIPMENT

When will I receive my order?

Our logistics begins to process the order on the business day right after the order is places. We work to deliver the order within 3 working days (excluding Calabria and the Islands), taking into account that on weekends and public holidays no deliveries are made.

Which shipment method do you go through?

The Standard courier is UPS or DHL

How much the shipment cost?

It depends from Country to Country. Duties are not included.

RETURNS

Do you accept Returns?

We offer the chance to return the product within 14 days from delivery. The collection is your responsibility, the refund will be made by bank transfer upon receipt of the return at our Logistics and once its integrity is verified (original box, product, components and accessories).

We do bear the transport costs (withdrawal and delivery) of the item if it is a warranty intervention. In the case of repairs not covered by the warranty, the costs will be charged for repairs that have been made.
